Manage My Care now available at Bentley Health Service

Outpatients with appointments at Bentley Health Service (BHS) can now use WA Health’s first patient facing app – Manage My Care – to access their appointment and referral information.

Effective from Monday 29 June, eligible outpatient appointments for BHS will be able to view booked appointments and referrals in Manage My Care. All patients can download the newly developed mobile app, and if they don't have access to a smart device they can access Manage My Care via a web portal on HealthyWA.

Manage My Care allows users to:

  • easily view their future outpatient appointments and referrals 24/7
  • view and track appointments and referrals for people they care for
  • update their contact details (e.g. address and phone number)
  • access information about their appointment and hospital visit.
